Super Easy Guacamole

Guacamole makes a great quick snack or appetizer. It’s tasty to eat and isn’t overly complicated to make either. This recipe uses onion powder as opposed to a diced onion because, in my opinion, noting is ever truly easy if you must cut up an onion. They desperately make my eyes water, and I don’t enjoy it! So, if you’re looking for a quick, easy, delicious, and onion-tear free snack try this guacamole. There are no tears involved!  Any leftover guacamole can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a day. It can also be used as a topping for tacos or burgers or whatever you like.

Enjoy! ~ Kelly
